Terms of service.

Effective May 20, 2026. The boring-but-important agreement between us.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Beleeg, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Beleeg on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Beleeg, Inc. provides multi-tenant league-management software (the "Service"). We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) probe or attempt to bypass tenant isolation, (c) use the Service for illegal activity, (d) attempt to overload the platform.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Registration fees are deducted from player payments at the time of registration. We pro-rate plan changes within a billing period.

Tenant data

You retain ownership of all data your league uploads to Beleeg. We process data solely to provide the Service and on your written instructions (the Service itself and these Terms constitute those instructions).

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 60 days; after that, we may delete it.

Warranties and disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELEEG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELEEG'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BELEEG IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
