Tournaments and brackets
- How do I make a tournament bracket?Go to beleeg.com/host/new, type one name per line, pick a format, and press Create. You sign in with your email at that moment; the bracket is then live on its own public page.
- Which bracket format should I pick?Single elimination is fastest; round robin gives everyone the most matches; the consolation and three-match-guarantee formats keep early losers playing. Double elimination is not offered yet.
- What happens when the number of players is not a power of two?Beleeg places byes automatically. With five players in single elimination, one player skips round one and the other four play; the bracket stays balanced without you doing anything.
- How do I enter scores and advance winners?Open your bracket page, tap the match, enter the score, and save. The winner moves into the next round immediately and everyone looking at the page sees it.
- How do players see the bracket?Every tournament has a public page at beleeg.com/tournament/<id>. Anyone with the link can open it on a phone, no account needed. Send it by text, email, or a group chat.
- Can I add or change players after the bracket is drawn?A quick bracket is fixed once it is created: the entrant list and the draw cannot be edited afterwards. If someone drops out or you left a name off, make a new bracket with the corrected list — it takes about a minute.
Money
- Can I charge an entry fee for a quick tournament?Yes. Turn on Charge an entry fee in the builder, set the price, and connect a Stripe account when prompted. Players register and pay on the public page; Beleeg keeps $3 of each entry and the rest goes to your Stripe balance.
- What does Beleeg cost?Nothing for organizers. Players pay $3 per online registration. White-label, which adds your own web address, your brand on emails, sponsor tools, and player ratings, is $149 per season.
