Information used by Beleeg
Beleeg uses account and league information to provide registrations, rosters, schedules, scores, messages, and payment flows. Information shared with league members depends on your role and the feature you use. Online checkout is processed through Stripe.
What lebrAIn sends to its AI provider
lebrAIn is Beleeg’s AI assistant. The app’s AI integration uses Anthropic. When you ask for an answer, Beleeg sends recent conversation messages, pictures you choose to send, information about the screen you are using, and available actions through its Supabase service to the AI provider. It also supplies available league information, which can include names, teams, schedules, results, standings, and administrative information such as unpaid registrations when permitted.
This processing happens when you ask a question, even if you do not share a screenshot. The exact model can change with service settings. We have not verified account-specific provider retention or training settings for this draft, so it does not promise that the provider never retains data or uses it for training.
Pictures and screenshots
A request from lebrAIn to see your screen does not capture it automatically. You choose to capture a screenshot, inspect a preview, and send or cancel. Photos you select or paste are included when you send the message. Any readable information in a sent picture is shared with the AI provider.
Web screenshot capture masks some sensitive fields, including passwords and card inputs, but it cannot guarantee removal of all personal information. Mobile screen capture does not establish the same automatic masking. Inspect the actual picture and remove sensitive information before sending. The chat service does not implement a saved screenshot archive; mobile capture and conversion can leave temporary device files with no immediate deletion schedule established by these helpers.
Question logs and administrator access
Beleeg records up to 500 characters of your typed question, together with the time, user and league references, response type, and selected action. Authorized league administrators and organization operators can view recent example questions for their leagues. Questions are not private from those administrators. This usage log is separate from the visible conversation and does not store the full conversation or image files.
Separate operational logs record usage and errors. Some diagnostic paths can include snippets of provider responses or errors. Error reporting can also use Sentry when configured. Their retention settings have not been verified for this draft.
Local history and server retention
The visible chat is held in app memory. Recent messages are sent again to provide conversation context, with older pictures replaced by text markers. Closing the panel does not necessarily clear that history. Clearing local chat history does not delete server usage logs or copies already processed by providers.
The code defines a daily cleanup of question logs older than 90 days and rate-limit records older than one day. This is a cleanup rule, not a promise of deletion at an exact time. We still need to verify the live cleanup job and separate retention for backups, operational logs, and provider records. This draft does not establish a general retention period for account or league data.
Deletion questions
The chat service does not currently provide a self-service operation to delete server question logs. Removing an account reference does not necessarily erase the question text. For questions about your records or a deletion request, contact Beleeg at privacy@beleeg.com. Opening that email link does not submit a request; review and send it in your email app. This draft does not promise a deletion deadline.
Review before submitting
lebrAIn can make mistakes. Review names, recipients, dates, scores, and amounts in the destination form before submitting. Opening a form or preparing a draft does not mean a score was saved, a payment was made, or a message was sent.
