Forty mixed-division teams across Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver play a ten-week 7v7 outdoor season under WFDF rules. Games are race-to-15, win-by-two, with a 60-minute soft cap and an 80-minute hard cap. Spirit-of-the-Game scores are submitted by both captains after every game and roll into a season-long SOTG leaderboard. Top eight seeds advance to a single-elimination playoff at Magnuson Park.
