Sixteen clubs play an 11v11 grass season — two 45-minute halves, draws allowed, MLS-style 3-1-0 points. After fourteen matchdays the top eight advance to a knockout bracket where draws after 90 minutes go to 2×15 extra time and then a five-kick shootout. Group ties broken by head-to-head, then goal difference, then goals for.
