Sixteen club sides across Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington play an eight-week FIH outdoor season — four 15-minute quarters, 11v11, with a two-minute break between quarters one and three and a ten-minute half. Ties in the regular season stand; knockout matches go straight to 8-second one-on-one shootouts. League table runs on a 3-1-0 points system with a head-to-head tiebreak.
