Twenty teams play a ten-week 5v5 regular season on FIBA timing — four 10-minute quarters, 24-second shot clock, 5-foul disqualification, bonus on the fifth team foul per quarter. Sundays at the same gym also host a parallel FIBA 3x3 bracket: half-court, 2-point arc shots / 1-point inside, race to 21 or a 10-minute cap, first to 2 in overtime.
