Beleeg vs Challonge
Both make a bracket. Only one runs the league after.
Challonge is a fine bracket maker. If a bracket is all you need, either works. Beleeg lets a stranger build one without an account, can charge entry online, and turns into a full league when the tournament becomes a season. Here is the honest list, including what Challonge still does that we don't.
